Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, execute and evaluate professional visit to customer in order to build and maintain relationship with customer, influencing their buying behavior and grow their spending on a win/win environment
  • Generate and boost sales of customers in portfolio
  • Gather and understand market information including competition to share and feed to related company functions.
  • Work closely with Reception to ensure customer data accuracy upon membership application, ensure that data adjustment is done according to procedure with respective approvals from related parties.
  • Recover customer satisfaction from dissatisfied customers by professionally handling complaint as per procedure and guideline provided.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by superior.
  • Driving Sale in sale competition (weekend sale ) which assigned by superior.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years’ sales experience in HoReCa or Food Product
  • Can be able to use MS Excel/Word/Email
  • Able to work under pressure
  • English Proficiency Skill needed.
