As part of Makro Local Love – Community Development program, we facilitated the opportunities for youths in the community by providing panel discussion for 160 fresh graduates of National Management Degree College (NMDC).

In the Panel Discussion, Makro’s experienced panellists shared not only valuable insights, strategies and practical tips on how to enhance their readiness for the job market and improve their chances of securing employment , but also the retail knowledge in areas of Business Merchandising, BIT, E-Commerce, Marketing and HR.

Furthermore ,we also welcomed the fresh graduates with the internship positions to develop their career paths
