Delivery Operation Department manages the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. This department oversees the picking of orders from inventory, coordinating logistics, and managing the transportation of goods to customers’ locations. The team also handles post-delivery customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Order Picker Staff

This role is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders, ensuring the correct products and quantities are selected from store —including fresh, frozen, and dry goods. They follow strict safety protocols and company guidelines while operating handling equipment and performing all tasks, ensuring efficient and reliable order fulfillment.

Way Planner

This role is responsible for designing and optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods. This role involves analyzing order destinations, traffic conditions, and vehicle capacities to create efficient delivery schedules. This role coordinates with team, drivers, and customer service teams to maximize route productivity, minimize fuel consumption, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Delivery Operation Admin

This role is responsible for efficiently organizing and scheduling customer orders to facilitate smooth picking and delivery operations. This includes prioritizing orders, coordinating pick rounds, and ensuring all documentation—such as purchase orders and invoices—is accurate and up to date. The role requires close communication with customers to confirm order details when necessary, as well as using the company’s system to manage order processing and tracking.
