In addition, the company has also outlined a process for accepting and addressing concerns from stakeholders by determining an investigation procedure and appointing a committee to investigate, verify, follow up and resolve complaints.

Protection of Complainants, Whistle-blowers, and Related Parties

The complainants or whistleblower will receive appropriate and fair protection from the Company, such as no change of position, job description, workplace, job relief, threats, job harassment, dismissal or any other unfair acts. The Company will keep their complaints and identities of whistleblowers confidential and not disclose them to unrelated parties unless required to do so by law.


Improperly or Falsely Reporting or Information with the Intent of Causing Damage to Others

If the reported information is proved to be false due to deliberate distortion or false accusations, those reporting it have violated the Company’s Code of Conduct, for which penalties is to be in accordance with the Company’s regulations or the law, or both.
