Makro Myanmar family welcomed the Myanmar New Year with the merit donation of cooking ingredients and cleaning essential products to the Tha Mein Dawdaya Thukhitar Yarma Myanaung Nunnery School at Sanchaung township on 26th March. Also, offered a lunch to 200 nuns.🙏🏼

As a part of our commitment to giving back to the community, we've recently made a donation to the National Rehabilitation Hospital on 26th February.

During the M-Coin Community Support Program, a total of 996,000 m-coin had been collected from June 2023 to Dec 2023, and those collected m-coin were exchanged with the products worth 9.9 million kyats from Makro for the donation. 🥰❤️

As part of Makro Local Love - Community Development program, we facilitated the opportunities for youths in the community by providing panel discussion for 160 fresh graduates of National Management Degree College (NMDC)

To support local farmers and small businesses, Makro held a farmer market in the name of ‘Farm-Made’ with local products in the categories of Fruits & Vegetables, Plants & Vegetables and Local Handmade Products. We have also provided free selling space with much needed chairs and tables for the vendors to support the local businesses.
