Role & Responsibilities

  1. Directs and coordinates activities involved with production, sale, and distribution of bakery products
  2. Ensures the freshness and quality of all baked goods; ensures monitoring of sell-by date on related products and proper FIFO rotation of stock
  3. Determines variety and quantity of bakery products to be produced, according to orders and sales projections
  4. Develops budget for bakery operation, utilizing experience and knowledge of current market conditions
  5. Maintains high standard of health and safety in the store; responsible for ensuring safety of all employees and customers – ensure safety equipment and protective wear is utilized at all times and department is safe from potential accidents; ensure a spill is never left unattended
  6. May also train subordinates in all phases of bakery activities
  7. Ensures strict compliance with company dress code
  8. Prepare monthly manpower schedule for staff

Skills & Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in related field
  • Have good planning for production 
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • According to the nature of business and requirement of the job, you will need to do shift rotation

Working Days

  • 6 working days per week
  • Shift Assignment
