Roles & Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with HR Business partners and senior business leaders to lead, and manage the recruitment process to meet short-term and long-term talent planning and gap strategies.
  • Work closely with the Business and Human Resources teams, and hiring managers, to develop effective recruiting plans; and assess assigned positions to help develop effective job descriptions and candidate profiles that clearly define job specifications, competencies and skills required to fill the position.
  • Act as primary talent partner on senior level and confidential positions.
  • Source and screen candidates for office and field positions; advertising and sourcing internal and external candidates; screening; interviewing; and evaluating candidates against position requirements.
  • Manage the team to Maintain the Applicant Tracking System to ensure integrity of data and compliance with internal procedures; ensure timely production of new hire paperwork, including generating and delivery of offer letters and leading and finalizing candidate negotiations in close cooperation with hiring managers and HR administration of offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers, and completion of all necessary HR paperwork to close out recruitment files
  • Provide a positive employee experience and superior customer service to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage to established talent acquisition success criteria, through reports and metrics that demonstrate ROI including quantitative and qualitative success measures.
  • Creation, planning and execution of a comprehensive employment marketing/branding plan with measurable results Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3-5 years inTalent Acquisition; retail experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Employer Branding
  • Outstanding communicator with strong presentation skills; excellent analytical skillset required
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment; Is highly organized and a creative problem solver with an attention to deta
