Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise to make sure all orders are prepared, shipped and received on time while complying with company policy
• Supervise the fulfillment of all customer orders
• Prepare daily management report and report metrics on a timely basis
• Assign orders to vehicles and develop delivery routes to ensure on-time deliveries based on vehicle capacities
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and record properly
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinating with the team to meet them on a steady basis
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirement

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehousing, distribution channel and retail operation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Good English communication and computer literary are required.
